Orders and Shipping

If you would like to see how much delivery of your order will cost after adding items to your basket and before submitting any details, click on 'View your entire cart' where you can choose how you would like your order shipped. Click on 'Calculate Shipping & Handling' and choose your Country and County. You can then 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your order.

You can order by registering on the website or by choosing the 'Checkout as a guest' option. This allows you to order online without registering with a username or password. Please provide a contact telephone or mobile number just incase there is a problem with your order. However, if you register on the website, this allows you to login at anytime and check your order or re-order in the future, without having to re-enter all your details again.

UK Mainland deliveries 

We offer FREE local delivery if you are within 5 miles of Beneficial Health. To qualify for free delivery your order needs to total £30.00. Please call 01798 874433 to place your order.

Royal Mail Service

When you purchase online the order value will be displayed in the shopping cart. Beneficial Health dispatches all orders via Royal Mail's Packet and Parcel Service. The delivery cost for your order is displayed, so that you can choose your preferred delivery service as follows:

1. First Class
2. Second Class (this will display if the package is less than 1000 grams)
3. Parcel Services (normally delivered with 3 to 5 working days)

Courier Service 24/48 Hour Service

For shipments of upto 10Kg we offer a 24/48 hour Courier Service for a fixed cost of £6.99. 

Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours for all items that are in stock. You will be notified by telephone or email if any product is unavailable or delayed due to stock levels, within 48 hours from the date of your order.

We only ship products within the UK and the EU.

If you require deliveries to other parts of the World,  please email us with your requirements.

We will process your order over the phone and take your payments details. 

Order via email

Please email sales@beneficialhealth.co.uk with your order details, including your name address and contact number. We will then process your order and call you for your preferred payment method.
