INGREDIENTS:
One Tablet of Lamberts Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) provides:
• Niacin (as Nicotinamide) 250mg

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Tableted with: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose.

DIRECTIONS:
• 1 to 2 Tablets daily with a meal.
