Royal Mail is experiencing some disruption to services due to the Coronavirus and have made the following statement:

“We continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail, but in these unprecedented times we are experiencing increased levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation. Absence rates are currently significantly higher than what we expected.” 

We would suggest that customers use First Class delivery for any orders until the Royal Mail are back to full capacity for deliveries.

Orders and Shipping

If you would like to see how much the delivery of your order will cost after adding items to your basket and before submitting any details, click on 'View your entire cart' where you can choose how you would like your order shipped. Click on 'Calculate Shipping & Handling' and choose your Country and County. You can then 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your order.

You can also order by registering on the website or by choosing the 'Checkout as a Guest' option. This allows you to order online without registering with a username or password. Please provide a contact telephone or mobile number just incase there is a problem with your order so we can contact you. However, if you register on the website, this allows you to login at anytime and check your order or re-order in the future, without having to re-enter all your details again.

UK Mainland deliveries 

We offer FREE LOCAL delivery to all West Sussex addresses only. Beneficial Health is in Pulborough, West Sussex, therefore to qualify for free local delivery your order needs to total £40.00. Please call 01798 874433 to place your order.

Overseas shipment will be quoted based upon weight and value of order.

Royal Mail Service

When you purchase online the order value will be displayed in the shopping cart. Beneficial Health dispatches all orders via Royal Mail's Packet and Parcel Service. The delivery cost for your order is displayed, so that you can choose your preferred delivery service as follows:

1. First Class
2. Second Class (this will display if the package is less than 2000 grams)
3. Parcel Services (normally delivered with 3 to 5 working days)

Courier Service 24/48 Hour Service

For shipments of upto 20Kg we offer a 24/48 hour Courier Service for a fixed cost of £11.99. (This courier service excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and is only valid for UK mainland deliveries). 

Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 24-72 hours for all items that are in stock. You will be notified by telephone or email within 48 hours from the date of your order, if any item on your order is unavailable or delayed due to stock levels.

We only ship products within the UK for online orders. Should you wish to order within the EU or the rest of the world please email us with your rquirement and we will give you a quotation for delivery. We do not offer free delivery for orders outside the UK mainland post codes.
